Project Coordinator Role

This is a specialist in high-end fit-out projects across Australia, with a reputation as a leader in the field.

The company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to assist in their Maintenance Division of high-end fit-outs in a bespoke market.

About the Role:

This role involves reporting to and supporting two Project Managers within the Maintenance Division.

About You:

  • Located on the Gold Coast but willing to travel to sites in major cities when required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
  • Strong relationships builder with team members, suppliers, and clients
  • Committed, reliable, and punctual
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strive for achievement and performance

Requirements:

  • Contract administration
  • Understanding of work schedules
  • Procurement and planning, estimating
  • Supporting Project Managers ensuring projects are on time and to spec
  • General administration
  • Dealing with clients overseeing maintenance of pre-existing shop fit outs
  • Coordinator Jobs and schedules
  • Experience reading and facilitating architectural drawings
