Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to conduct initial assessments, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, and at least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
