Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Organise recreational activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  2. Provide companionship, friendship, and emotional support to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
  3. Document services provided, incidents, and complete reports as required, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  4. Maintain relevant certifications, including the NDIS Check (essential).
  5. Hold a valid Police Check, guaranteeing public safety and trust.
  6. Certification in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (desirable) will be considered favourably.
  7. Possess a Current First Aid Certificate, enabling prompt response to emergencies.
  8. Be willing to travel to designated locations, particularly Winston Hills.
  9. Proficiency in Italian is highly regarded, facilitating effective communication with diverse clients.
