Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Youth Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily routines and activities to promote social, emotional, and physical well-being
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships built on trust, respect, and empathy
  • Create safe and structured therapeutic environments that foster growth and development
  • Respond effectively to challenging situations and behavioral needs with calmness and composure
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
Your Qualifications
  • Diploma in Community Services or equivalent qualification
  • Australian Driver's License, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening and relevant certifications
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and availability for various shifts, including weekends and overnights
