Job Summary: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a small team of Occupational Therapists in providing high-quality therapy services to children and families. You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement therapy plans, supervise and mentor team members, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality therapy services
  • Develop and implement therapy plans that meet the needs of children and families
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional therapy services
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategies to improve therapy services and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • 5 years of experience in the industry
  • Paediatric experience and passion for working with children
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
