Health Architecture Revit Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Revit Technician with a strong background in health projects to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revit Technician, with a demonstrated track record of working on health projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising advanced Revit skills to develop comprehensive models and construction documentation tailored specifically for health-related architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise advanced Revit skills to develop comprehensive models and construction documentation tailored specifically for health-related architectural projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design intent into Revit models.
  • Implement and maintain project standards and best practices for Revit modeling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead coordination efforts with consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in architectural documentation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the Revit platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revit Technician, with a demonstrated track record of working on health projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health facility design principles and regulations, with the ability to translate design requirements into detailed Revit models.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
