Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of employees. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports to create a customer-first culture that delivers great results.

Your daily management of the business will involve achieving planned KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, and service levels. You will also be responsible for building and promoting a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively.

In addition, you will complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team, including leave, time, and attendance management. You will ensure housekeeping and safe working practices are adhered to and promote safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.

You will effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Skills: We are looking for a true leader who can inspire and engage their team to achieve their best. You should have strong people leadership skills and knowledge.
  • Experience: You will need demonstrated front-line/management experience and a proven history in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of warehouse management systems is ideal, particularly WMS and TMS.
  • Resilience: A high level of resilience is required to meet targets and timeframes.
