**About the Role**

Shadforth Civil Contractors is seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our civil construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and lead high-performing teams of civil construction professionals
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on civil construction projects
  • Knowledge of Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & Concreting principles
  • Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes and deadlines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) and current driver's license
  • Variety of plant machinery tickets an advantage
  • A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
