This is a non-ongoing, full-time position located within the Parliament House.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide well-informed and strategic advice to support policy delivery for women's issues, focusing on gender-based violence.
  • Maintain strong relationships across government departments and collaborate with stakeholders to align with Government priorities.
  • Assist in developing policy initiatives by analyzing and preparing comprehensive reports and papers.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience promoting gender equality through policy and programming advice or implementation.
  • Experience addressing social policy issues related to gender-based violence.
  • Strong understanding of government processes and policy translation.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and collaboration abilities across stakeholders.
