Global Competition Lawyer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Competition Law Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our global competition law practice, you will work alongside leading partners advising domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of competition and regulatory matters.
This includes ACCC investigations, merger clearance, cartel and consumer law issues, and litigation. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-stakes matters and contribute to our collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on merger clearances, joint ventures, and cross-border deals
- Managing ACCC investigations and regulatory engagement
- Handling competition and consumer law litigation and dispute resolution
- Working with major clients across technology, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and financial services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have 2–5 years' PAE with a strong interest in competition law and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience in competition, consumer, or regulatory law at a top-tier firm or regulator
- Strong commercial awareness and legal research/drafting skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn how businesses operate
- A collaborative and proactive approach
