They are now seeking an Associate to join their Sydney office to support their growing pipeline of complex, high-stakes matters.
About the role You will work alongside leading partners advising both domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of competition and regulatory matters.
This includes ACCC investigations, merger clearance, cartel and consumer law issues, and litigation.
This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to global transactions and regulatory matters in a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Advising on merger clearances, joint ventures, and cross-border deals Managing ACCC investigations and regulatory engagement Handling competition and consumer law litigation and dispute resolution Working with major clients across technology, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and financial services About you You will have 2–5 years' PAE with a strong interest in competition law and regulatory frameworks.
