Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the JobWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Perform thorough testing, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Implement efficient defect management processes to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with Customer Service and Customer Operations utilities functions.
- Strong understanding of customer life cycles and billing systems.
- Previous experience in a testing phase for system releases or changes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- ISTQB accreditation or equivalent.
- Software testing experience with knowledge of testing tools like Jira and TFS.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, design specifications, and create test cases.
- Extensive knowledge of utilities business processes and market transactions.
- Analytical and research skills with data presentation expertise.
