Senior Performance Tester

Job Overview
The Senior Performance Tester role involves translating customer requirements into performance testing solutions, striking a balance between technical, schedule, and cost constraints. This includes reviewing and evaluating the testability of requirements, developing and executing performance testing plans, cases, and procedures for various stages of testing, analyzing test results, managing defects, and preparing detailed performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in a data center environment.
- A strong background in performance and load testing for software components, subsystems, and systems.
- Expertise in performance test requirements management, traceability, and documentation using test management tools.
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering Practices and V&V, performance, and resilience testing.
- Experience with Test Automation in CI/CD pipelines.
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level position requiring an Australian Citizen with a TSPV/TSPA security clearance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance and load testing, as well as expertise in performance test requirements management and automation.
