NSW Health is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Grader Operator to support industrial subdivision and infrastructure projects in Western Sydney.

Job Summary

This role involves operating motor graders for bulk earthworks, road construction, and final trim. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Earthworks: Operate motor graders to excavate and move large quantities of soil and other materials.
  • Road Construction: Construct roads and other infrastructure using motor graders.
  • Final Trim: Finish and refine surfaces using motor graders.

You will also be required to read and follow plans, levels, and grading instructions. This may involve working with site supervisors, engineers, and other operators to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience operating a grader in civil or industrial subdivision environments, strong ability in final trim, and relevant certifications such as White Card and Grader VOC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating a grader in civil or industrial subdivision environments.
  • Certifications: Hold a valid White Card and Grader VOC certification.
  • Safety: Strong emphasis on workplace health and safety.
