Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Education Manager to join our team at Holmesglen Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of courses across the department, ensuring the development, delivery, and assessment of students in accordance with institute policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of educational programs and services
- Supervise and motivate a team of professional teaching and non-teaching staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental objectives
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with institute goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Sound educational background with high-level interpersonal, organisational, management, and communication skills
- In-depth industry knowledge directly relevant to community services, youth work, or justice
- Approved course of adult teacher training accredited at the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 6 or above
- Relevant higher-level tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in an area relevant to the programs offered by the department
