You will be reporting directly to the Care Manager, providing high-quality nursing clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.
To Be Successful in This Role You'll Need:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
