  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Head/Senior Managing Director - Sales & RM.
  2. Gather information from internal and external sources to develop background materials for client/prospect/consultant strategy papers and briefing notes.
  3. Monitor industry trends and news to stay informed about relevant articles and publications.
  4. Coordinate leave management, sales training, and internal/external conference logistics for the Sales & Relationship and Marketing teams.
  5. Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team and coordinate logistics for business trips.
  6. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and due diligence visits with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Manage non-product specific roadshows, ensuring all necessary details are completed.
  8. Track and report on CRM database metrics/statistics related to meetings and client interactions.
  9. Verify that new client data is accurately recorded in the CRM database and other systems.
  10. Compose and edit complex documents, such as reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Associates' Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in administration/coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
