Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Mine Closure Expert to support our team in delivering closure-related projects and disciplines.

You will be responsible for performing duties as a senior company representative, peer reviewing company reports, developing business opportunities, and supporting business development.

You will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge across teams to foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior capacity in mine closure
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or natural/physical sciences and post-graduate qualification in a related field
  • Strong understanding of legislative framework surrounding mine closure in Australia and/or New Zealand
  • Leadership skills and experience, and/or mentoring small teams
  • Strong project management skills including management of cross-discipline project teams
