
Corporate Training Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic leader to coordinate enterprise-wide training services and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and effective technical training.
This strategic role will engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritise training needs, manage resources, and lead a small team to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in training services or workforce program management, strong people leadership skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that meet business objectives.
- Manage training calendars, logistics, resources, and outages to enable program delivery.
- Lead a team to ensure effective program management and administration.
- Partner with Early Careers teams to oversee apprenticeship and onboarding programs.
You are a motivated, organised leader who thrives on coordinating complex training delivery in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy engaging with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring operational excellence.

- Demonstrated experience in training services or workforce program management.

- Experience with scheduling, outages, and compliance-driven training.
