About Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of custom and complex learning and development programs to our corporate clients.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality training experiences that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in helping us to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery
You will coordinate and oversee the planning and delivery of complex or bespoke client training programs, from initial consultation through to final evaluation.
Senior Advisor Role
You will act as a senior advisor and escalation point for delivery and client success functions, providing expert guidance and support to help ensure seamless program execution.
Team Development
You will coach and support operations team members to build capability and performance, helping to drive individual and team success.
Project Management
Customer Success
You will drive customer success by building strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations, helping to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Improvement
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Onboarding and Support
You will lead post-sale client interactions and support onboarding and implementation, helping to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
Risk Management
You will identify and mitigate risks, providing input on continuous improvement initiatives to help minimize potential threats and maximize opportunities.
Internal Training
You will support internal onboarding and process training sessions for the delivery team, helping to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs.
SOPs and Automation
You will contribute to the design and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and automation initiatives, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
