We are seeking a Veterinarian to join our dedicated team at Seven Animal Health, located in a vibrant area of Central Melbourne. This is a part-time role requiring commitment for two days each week.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations and perform medical evaluations.
- Manage soft tissue surgeries and radiographic procedures.
- Engage in dental treatments and in-house clinical pathology.
- Oversee the veterinary operations on designated days, ensuring high standards of care.
Our practice is unique, focusing significantly on assisting export companies and the department of agriculture with pet travel preparations. You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of four veterinarians and four veterinary nurses.
Facilities and EquipmentOur clinic is equipped with:
- Digital radiography systems
- IM3 dental units
- Advanced ophthalmology tools, including tonometers
- IDEXX in-house pathology systems
We utilize a user-friendly software program to streamline our operations.
Working HoursThe role requires availability from 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM, with scheduled breaks throughout the day. On Mondays, you will take on the responsibility of the head veterinarian, necessitating the ability to work independently.
CompensationSalary is negotiable and will be based on your experience and qualifications.
