We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to fill a Warehouse Assistant position. In this role, you will play a vital back-of-house part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's stock management system. Your primary responsibilities will include unpacking, labeling, and organizing incoming stock, accurately receiving and processing deliveries, operating equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers, and maintaining the Inwards/Outwards Goods Register.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a hands-on retail environment. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and efficient receipt and storage of stock
  • Delivery Processing: Accurately receive and process deliveries within specified timeframes
  • Equipment Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support stock movement and handling
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when required. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail storeroom or warehouse environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. You must also be physically capable of lifting up to 15kg and comfortable using ladders.
