Job Title:

Retail Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is a customer-focused position where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be working closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and helpful service to customers
  • Manage Click & Collect orders
  • Handle laybys, vendor orders, returns, and credits
  • Ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Roll out compliance tasks, safety audits, and price changes
Requirements:
  • Lovely structure and organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Great with systems, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in a team
  • Physically capable (lifting up to 15kg, using ladders, moving stock)
