Workday Consulting Practice Leader

The Consulting Manager role requires a leader who provides guidance and support to the management team. This individual will work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to identify project needs and develop strategies.
This manager will assist in staffing projects, ensuring work/life balance, and overseeing projects across the practice. They will also support the RFP response process, recruit and manage a diverse team of consultants, and drive high customer satisfaction levels.
This position involves performing mentoring and coaching duties, analyzing team skills, and providing cross-training opportunities. The manager will establish direct reports' goals and objectives during bi-annual reviews and collect performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers.
To succeed in this role, you must have 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proven experience leading a virtual team. You should be a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
