Our culinary team is seeking a skilled chef to join our dynamic kitchen.

This role offers the opportunity to bring your passion for cooking to life in a fast-paced environment. You will be working alongside experienced chefs and cooks, responsible for assisting in the production and development of menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain.

Requirements:

• Commercial cooking experience
• Relevant trade qualifications or papers
• Knowledge and understanding of food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
