Job Description:

As a Senior Management Accountant, you will lead the preparation of management accounting reports and drive improvements in financial systems and processes.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and other employees to prepare monthly forecasts and project reporting. You will also maintain Mipac's financial and management accounting systems, including the general ledger, to ensure a unified and consistent information base that supports accurate reporting and decision-making across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical and communication skillset, along with high proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with Project Managers and other employees to prepare monthly forecasts and project reporting.
  • Management Accounting: Maintain Mipac's financial and management accounting systems, including the general ledger.
  • Process Improvement: Design, implement, and enhance finance processes and procedures to optimise efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA Certification (desirable)
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior finance or project accounting role
  • Proven success in improving financial reporting and processes
