About the Role
Our client, Montgomery Advisory, is a leading global professional services firm seeking an experienced legal professional specializing in risk and compliance to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization adheres to legal standards and best practices in risk management.
Key Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the compliance head and will involve collaboration across both legal and compliance sectors. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive risk management programs focusing on bribery, anti-corruption, competition, and antitrust regulations.
- Provide strategic legal insights and compliance guidance to various business units.
- Identify potential risks and document necessary processes to manage legal and operational challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver critical analytical insights and enhance compliance frameworks.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an Australian qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the risk and compliance domain. Essential qualifications include:
