About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Communications and Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you'll play a vital role in shaping our communication strategies, crafting compelling stories, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting a Framework for Internal Communications: Develop and implement a strategy to keep our people informed, engaged, and aligned with our values, culture, and business priorities.
  • Creating Content That Connects: Write, edit, and manage engaging stories and updates across various channels, including intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, digital signage, and more.
  • Staying Ahead with Technology: Explore and apply AI tools to create smarter, more personalised content.
  • Owning the Communication Calendar: Ensure messages are timely, relevant, and prioritised.
  • Being the Go-To for Urgent Messaging: Develop a streamlined system to share operational or change alerts quickly and clearly.
  • Collaborating Across the Business: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, aligned messaging.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in professional services, accountable for all communication channels, and possess relevant tertiary communications/PR or marketing qualifications. They should be able to design and implement communication strategies, demonstrate excellent written and oral skills, and be a natural storyteller.

About You
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and brand touchpoints
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Comfortable with or ready to learn AI-powered tools for copy
  • Skilful in creating engaging, high-quality content tailored to various platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills with attention to detail
