Administration Role in a Legal Environment

The role of the Receptionist/Legal Admin is to be the welcoming face of our Sydney CBD Office, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and incoming calls.

This full-time position involves assisting with general office administration, including mail, filing and scanning, as well as assisting legal teams with administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing meeting room bookings, helping with set-up, ordering office supplies and maintaining staff amenities, ensuring the reception area and common spaces reflect high standards, and working closely with other reception staff across locations.

A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with sound planning and time management skills and the ability to manage workflow and set and deliver on priorities. Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also essential.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), you will contribute to delivering expert employment law advice with integrity and dedication. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administration and/or reception, looking to gain experience in a legal environment and grow with a supportive firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and/or reception
