Lead Accreditation and Standards Specialist

Located in Melbourne's CBD, this role offers a unique opportunity to join the esteemed Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). As a leader in the field of psychiatric education and training, RANZCP is dedicated to promoting high-quality, culturally sensitive care for diverse communities.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the College's accreditation functions, ensuring that education and training programs meet rigorous standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, able to navigate complex processes and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and program evaluations
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry partners
- Leverage expertise in medical education and workforce policy development to inform decision-making
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position within an educational environment
- Proven expertise in accreditation, standards, and audits, as well as project management and quality improvement
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex processes
- Qualifications in training and/or education, or equivalent experience in medical/health professions education environment required
What We Offer:
- A salary range of $101,300 to $126,600 inclusive of Super and Leave Loading
- A flexible hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2 days in the office
- A monthly RDO for full-time staff
- 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers
