Procurement Professional Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled procurement professional to join the centralised Procurement team as a Procurement Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and practical guidance on procurement and contracting, including probity and compliance reviews.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused support through the Procurement Helpdesk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement frameworks and deliver timely procurement outcomes.
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver procurement training to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to support continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management and compliance activities.
  • Proven ability to support operational teams while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to provide evidence-based financial and procurement advice.
