Role Description

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for delivering customer experiences focused on identification and access management that align with our strategic priorities and outcomes. As part of the Customer Identity and Access Management Squad, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
  • Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
  • Monitor and drive key product metrics, making data-informed decisions to improve the product.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, user empathy, and technical understanding to deliver innovative and impactful digital products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing identity and access management solutions is highly regarded.
  • A proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
