About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Control Strategist to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program, aligning with our Zero Trust security strategy. You will define and implement a robust User Access Review (UAR) process to ensure user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a centralised approach to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across the organisation, encompassing user onboarding, role/permission management, and offboarding for all applications within the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.
  • Partner with the Head of Security Consulting to ensure ILM aligns with the overall security strategy and contributes to a robust Zero Trust environment.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with demonstrated expertise in Identity Management and governance, focusing on identifying and correcting discrepancies in user access permissions in line with the least privilege principle, managing high-risk functions, and ensuring Segregation of Duties (So D).
