Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Lead to join our Sydney team. This role involves leading brownfield civil engineering projects, collaborating across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions, and shaping our capability.

  • Leading project delivery for brownfield civil engineering projects
  • Contributing to project development and securing larger projects through collaboration with other teams
  • Providing hands-on technical expertise while guiding and supporting colleagues
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth
  • Working closely with the Structures, Water, and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Brownfield Engineering
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and Certified Principal Design Practitioner
  • Strong technical expertise with a collaborative approach
  • Proven ability to work across teams and deliver quality outcomes
  • Experience building client relationships and driving business growth
