The job involves undertaking comprehensive case management activities, ensuring alignment with legislative guidelines. You will analyse complex AAT matters and devise innovative solutions for early resolution. Employing exceptional advocacy skills and alternative dispute resolution methods, you will uphold model litigant principles.

You will participate actively in Case Conferences, Conciliations, and AAT Hearings. Crafting detailed documents outlining resolution strategies and meeting outcomes, you will assess priorities and risks, demonstrating a commitment to participant well-being and Agency objectives.

Maintaining meticulous electronic records to substantiate decision-making processes is essential. As a full-time professional, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, enabling a healthy work-life balance.
