About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team at Bupa Kempsey.

As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.

With a strong focus on resident-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that promotes resident autonomy and dignity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of resident rights and aged care accreditation standards
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team
