As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that align with business objectives. This will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and AI capabilities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining AI models and infrastructures, as well as communicating design principles and strategic choices to stakeholders.

We're seeking a candidate with a unique blend of software engineering skills and knowledge of AI principles. You should have experience with AI platforms and services from major cloud providers, including AI-specific tools and frameworks. You should also be proficient in programming languages relevant to AI, such as Python and Scala, as well as familiar with AI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI solutions that align with business objectivesCollaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and AI capabilitiesBuild and maintain AI models and infrastructuresCommunicate design principles and strategic choices to stakeholdersEvaluate emerging AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks to strengthen our tech stack and maintain a competitive edgeEnsure compliance with data governance, security standards, and privacy laws in the creation of AI-centric solutionsContribute to the development of AI architectural standards and best practices for the organisationShare knowledge of AI best practices and implementation

Requirements:

Proficient with AI platforms and services from major cloud providersExperience with AI-specific tools and frameworksProficient in programming languages relevant to AI, such as Python and ScalaFamiliar with AI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or KerasExperience with Generative AI Prompt Engineering techniquesKnowledgeable in ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainable AIAbility to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
