Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the growth and management of our online presence.Job DescriptionAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored content strategy for each profile. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content such as short-form video, reels, posts, and stories. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a tailored content strategy for each profile (brokers, mortgage company, asset finance company)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (short-form video, reels, posts, stories)
  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth
  • Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and lead generation
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the finance and property space
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining Instagram and TikTok profiles
  • Experience managing business social media accounts, ideally in finance, property, or professional services
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (especially short-form video)
  • Knowledge of paid social strategies is a bonus but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
