Drive Excellence in Our Supply Chain

We're seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team at Laminex Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process redesign in a forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement using benchmarking, gap analysis, and best practices.
  • Support and empower the national distribution network by providing training and guidance for Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) implementation.
  • Develop and execute a continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring minimal operational disruption and maximum employee engagement.
  • Monitor trends, provide information to improve decision-making, and foster a culture of people development, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading change through contemporary continuous improvement/Lean supply chain methodologies.
  • Ability to create, deliver, plan, and implement objectives to meet strategic outcomes.
