VargasAndrews is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Suites Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental suites, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details, including corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas, to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness.
  • Timeliness and Efficiency: Complete cleaning services within the agreed-upon timeframe for each session, with prompt arrival and departure as scheduled.
  • Proper Handling of Cleaning Products: Utilize industry-standard and appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces, materials, and areas, and follow manufacturer instructions for cleaning products.
  • Respect for Property and Furnishings: Exercise care and caution while cleaning to prevent damage to property, furniture, fixtures, and other items within the cleaning area.
  • Communication: Promptly communicate any issues or concerns related to the cleaning services to the company, including the discovery of any damages or necessary repairs.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Adhere to the agreed-upon cleaning schedule, and communicate any changes or issues in advance and approved by the company.
  • Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional and workmanlike manner, including wearing appropriate uniforms, using proper language, and maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor while on the client's premises.
  • Security Measures: Follow security protocols established by the Company, including the proper locking and securing of doors and windows, to ensure the safety of the client's property during and after cleaning.
  • Flexibility: Confirm to any reasonable changes in the cleaning tasks or schedule as communicated by the company or client, especially during holiday periods.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that the services are up to the minimum standards of the Company, and be responsive to client feedback and take corrective actions promptly if any issues arise.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions: Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as necessary.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is a plus.

  • Ability to Invoice: Ability to invoice for cleaning jobs.
  • Transportation: Must have their own means of transportation, scooter is a plus, car is preferred.
  • Insurance: Should have their own insurance or work cover.
  • Background Check: Willing to undergo background check.
