We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our go-to-market strategy for infrastructure inspection technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth from day one, and acquire new customers.
  • Market Expansion: Establish our company as the leading provider of inspection technology in Australia.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with major utilities, contractors, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize pricing, service delivery, and customer success strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and lead commercial, sales, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Fundraising: Partner with the technical co-founder to secure funding and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of proven commercial leadership experience, including B2B enterprise sales and business development expertise.
  • Experience in the utility/energy sector is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of regulatory environments and safety-critical technology solutions.
  • A strong network of contacts within the industry and a track record of building successful partnerships.
