Job Role: Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and assisting hiring managers with shortlisting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate training sessions for retail leaders on employee engagement platforms
  • Evaluate and refine the onboarding process using HR information systems
