We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and oversee all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.

Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing clear direction and effective leadership to all store staff. You will foster a positive and productive store environment through communication and support of corporate, regional, and field teams.

You will participate in planning and executing store resets, ensuring all activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and industry-specific regulations affecting store operations. You will monitor and control costs by identifying opportunities to reduce expenses, improve productivity, and enhance overall profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-format retail management, with a minimum of 5+ years in similar role
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach and develop staff at all levels
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on collaboration across departments
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ability to adapt to and implement change in a dynamic retail environment
