As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the Design and Development team in delivering high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop initial concepts and layouts that meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Create detailed drawing packages using Revit and associated design software.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on permit submissions, RFIs, and tender documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve layouts, materials, and spatial planning across fitness clubs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Fitness & Product teams, and external consultants.
  • Maintain high documentation standards across all deliverables.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
  • Some experience in a Junior Designer, Draftsperson, or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong attention to detail.
