About This TeamYou will work with a passionate, fun, and efficient team as a member of our Asia Pacific Business Partnering team. You will lead a diverse retail team with a unique set of values and culture.
A Day in the Life- Executes key priorities and deliverables to the Retail organisation, working closely with senior leaders.
- Leverages business acumen to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to drive business objectives through talent lens.
- Provides insights and feedback to in-market CoEs and Retail Leaders, representing the voice of the business to our team and the voice of our team to the business.
- Acts as a key business intermediary, translating business strategy to inform our team and our team strategy to inform the business.
We seek someone who can bring a professional approach while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology
- 8+ years of management experience in human resources capacity
- Local employment law knowledge
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business drivers
