Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager to spearhead the growth of our Personal Training department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PT team that drives revenue and business expansion.

The Role:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled PT team
  • Cultivate exceptional coaching and support to drive revenue and business growth
  • Oversight of PT recruitment, training, and development initiatives
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of future trainers through delivery of Cert III & IV in Fitness

This part-time role requires approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for fitness and mentoring.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a culture that motivates, challenges, and inspires members to reach their fitness goals
