Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing projects and change management initiatives across the division.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, undertaking high-level strategic analysis, contributing to high-level strategic policy initiatives, and continuous improvements. The position will also involve developing comprehensive reports, submissions, briefing notes, and correspondence to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
A National Police Certificate (NPC) is required for this position.
