Clinical Services Leadership Opportunity

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the Child Protection Service.

This pivotal role offers a chance to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of patient care are upheld.

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, implement best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership and management skills, coupled with a deep understanding of clinical practices and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit
  • Implement best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients and their families

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualifications which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Or hold a Masters Degree in Clinical or Applied Psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia
  • General registration with the PsyBA and approved supervisor status at all levels of supervision
