### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update medical records, including filing, scanning, and retrieval of documents
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of medical records, including issuing new medical record numbers
* Participate in regular culling of medical records to maintain a secure and efficient record-keeping system
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

### Ideal Candidate
