About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Rockingham Medical Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced team of nurses and general practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and administer vaccines as required
  • Conduct post-vaccination observations and monitoring to ensure patient safety
  • Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations to ensure timely and effective care
  • Assist general practitioners with minor procedures and coordinate patient care
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient clinical data and provide health education and coaching to support patient goals
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience in general practice or an acute setting
  • Knowledge of health assessment and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a personable approach
